ABOUT ARMM™
ARMM™ Programs utilise generative trance as a foundation, along with mindfulness and meditation practices, TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process, and sound therapy.

The programs are offered as a FOCUSED SERIES catered to areas of health and well-being, optimum performance, and creative consciousness.
ABOUT TANIA BOSAK
Expressive Arts for change form the focus of Tania Bosak’s ARMM™ practice and programs as she uniquely combines more than 32 years of professional training and practice in music, dance, theatre, TaKeTiNa rhythm, and therapeutic practices. Read more about Tania here

This program has grown out of my ongoing passion for working with and researching ‘Out of Mind’ states and non-dualistic methods for health, healing, and performance training. ARMM™ also represents a body of work that has grown out of a deeper inquiry into the common factors linking creative, scientific, and somatic practices.   – Tania Bosak

GENERATIVE TRANCE AND HYPNOSIS
Generative Trance practice forms the foundation of the ARMM programs. By working with the creative consciousness we awaken our essence and ability to self-generate solutions, as well as develop life long tools for utilising our inner resources for self-awareness, healing, and change.

Generative Trance is seen primarily as a naturalistic learning state that occurs from within, not an artificial state imposed by a “hypnotist.” You will learn skills for cultivating higher states of consciousness for purposes of improved health, happiness, healing, and helpfulness to others.

MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION
‘In the ARMM™ programs, we consciously shift between mindfulness practice and meditation practice, as reaching states of emptiness and calm are not so accessible without engaging and observing the ‘active mind’ as part of the process. Mindfulness in this work is, therefore, a bridge to deep states of inner calm, peace, and timelessness – Tania Bosak
THE DISTINCTIONS BETWEEN MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION
Mindfulness is the awareness of “some-thing,” while Meditation is the awareness of “no-thing.”
Mindfulness does not aim to eliminate thoughts but opens the possibility of being more aware of our inner thoughts and dialogue which can drive our emotions and behaviour.
Meditation is a way of connecting with a natural state of mind that is spacious, clear, and not unlike generative trance states, it cultivates a deeply relaxed and calm space.
Mindfulness and Meditation training is beneficial for attention, focus, stress management, impulse control, and self-awareness, as well as enable us to reach states of deep inner peace. People who practice this combination of inner awareness build resilience and develop an ability to calm their minds and bodies actively and consciously.

6 Scientifically Proven Benefits Of Mindfulness And Meditation

TaKeTiNa® RHYTHM PROCESS as founded by Reinhard Flatischler
In TaKeTiNa® music, movement, communication, and chaos theory are integrated to create a unique process for learning and transformation.
Learning with the TaKeTiNa® process develops inner presence, creativity, musicality, and opens an awareness of our individual patterns, which inhibit our lives and relationships. TaKeTiNa® leads participants to their innate rhythmic knowledge and connects us to the forgotten power of rhythm in nature and within us. As a deeply relaxing and meditative process, TaKeTiNa® requires no musical experience and invites participants to go at their own pace.
THE POWER OF RHYTHM
Rhythm is a powerful force. It can regulate mood, ranging from the arousing effect of pounding war drums to the pacifying effect of gently rocking a baby. It can even induce altered states of consciousness, as in spiritual rituals and shamanic traditions involving trance.

Rhythm and music can also be used for therapeutic purposes in the rehabilitation of conditions characterized by motor impairment, such as stroke and Parkinson’s disease. Even more fundamentally, rhythmic skills displayed in the context of music and dance may have been essential to our evolution as a species.

VIBRATIONAL MEDICINE, CYMATICS, SOUND THERAPY + PULSEdrum™

ARMM™ programs work actively with the emerging science of cymatics, sound, and vibration for healing, health, and well-being,

PULSEdrum™ is an active rhythm and drumming practice that integrates drumming, body, and voice simultaneously and guiding participants to the deeper and more relaxing and meditative effects of rhythm.

Cymatics is the study of visible sound vibration and shows the transformational nature of sound and matter. This study clearly merges the fields of sound, geometry, light, and mathematics into one through the presentation of stunning images created by frequencies of all kinds found in our bodies, in nature and beyond.

“Cymatics gives validity to the fact that everything that we perceive as hard objects, including our bodies, are actually continuously vibrating at their own rates”. see full article below
