Ghent TaKeTiNa® Rhythm Process ‘Mindfulness in Rhythm and Motion’ 2-day workshop March 23-24, 2024

March 23 - March 24

TaKeTiNa® Rhythm Process 2-day workshop in GHENT – MINDFULNESS IN RHYTHM + MOTION with Tania Bosak and Lothar Berger (English and Flemish)

This TaKeTiNa Rhythm and Mindfulness workshop invites you to embark on a practical journey towards personal growth and change, aligning your thoughts, emotions, and actions with your true aspirations, through rhythm and play.. MINDFULNESS IN RHYTHM + MOTION is where we embrace generative states, understand unproductive habits and embrace a more positive, resilient, and authentic self.

Through the immersive practice of focused attention, and dynamic rhythm we unlock the gateway to restorative and contemplative states, cultivating a profound harmony with our thoughts, intentions, and actions. TaKeTiNa, for me personally, is rhythmic medicine—it restores balance, opens a boundless space, and evokes a deep sense of being at home – Tania Bosak

ABOUT TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process as founded by Reinhard Flatischler

TaKeTiNa is one of the most efficient learning methods available today. It is a process for activating human and musical potential through rhythm, and a path in which musical learning always goes hand in hand with personal development.  As a pure rhythm and meditation process, TaKeTiNa requires no musical experience. The process is a playful and a joyous way of entering into the archetypal foundations of rhythms that exist in all music. Complex poly-rhythms and cross-rhythms form the basis of the process as it utilizes the body by stepping, clapping and singing to generate a complex and rich rhythmic choir that leads participants into states of relaxation, inner presence, and awareness. The process presents opportunities for fun, spontaneity, self-observation, musical expression, reflection and time to rest.

TaKeTiNa Ritmeproces in GENT
