Une semaine de stage  autour du Rythme, de la Voix et du Mouvement.

Cette année, nous vous proposons des combinaisons d’ateliers, selon différentes formules et différents tarifs :

=>  En plus de ces choix d’ateliers, nous avons planifié pour vous 3 rendez-vous « spéciaux », avec des ateliers de découverte autour de la danse et/ou du chant ; guidés par deux intervenants externes.

Vous pourrez profiter de ces ateliers gratuitement, en dehors des horaires de cours.

HORAIRES

• Tambours BATÀS avec Gwenaël Francotte (BE) •

Dans une approche immersive et mélodique, nous traverserons l’immense richesse des polyrythmies sur les tambours batàs,

Découverte ou approfondissement de la pratique de l’Iyá, l’Itótele et l’okónkolo.

Écoute, musicalité, pulsation, jeux de combinaisons et complémentarité, travail de l’indépendance, et co-relation entre tambour et chants.

• TaKeTiNa® Processus Rythmique avec Tania Bosak (AUS) •

TaKeTiNa est une pratique rythmique et de méditation où le corps devient l’instrument à travers des claping, des pas lors de voyages rythmiques guidés.

Le processus invite à des états d’intemporalité et de flux rythmique profond, créant un silence intérieur exaltant ainsi qu’une source de créativité.

Le processus vous permet de :

• Pratiquez la présence et le calme intérieur
• Travailler de manière créative et efficace avec des phases de chaos
• Améliorez votre pratique artistique en réduisant votre anxiété à l’idée de faire des « erreurs »
• Ouvrir vers un état de conscience
• Ouvrir et exprimer votre créativité unique

• CHANT Afro-Cubain – Gwenaël Francotte (BE) •

Un atelier qui nous fait découvrir le vaste répertoire des musiques folkloriques et traditionnelles cubaines.

Chants Yoruba, Arará, Iyesá, Congo, Rumba, Son, ou autres…

Une approche vocale, rythmique collective et immersive pour tous les niveaux.

• Polyrhythmic Drumming – Tania Bosak (AUS) •

Polyrhythmic Drumming est un cours de rythme qui intègre simultanément le tambour, le pas et le chant. Des compositions originales basées sur des formes polyrythmiques et des cycles temporels étranges constituent la base de ces sessions rythmiques riches et ludiques.

Le cours se concentre également sur le renforcement de l’indépendance rythmique, des compétences d’improvisation et de la confiance rythmique.

Il y a un cours pour débutants et un cours avancé offerts dans le cadre de la formule hebdomadaire.

TARIFS

Vous vous inscrivez pour toute la semaine à 2, 3, ou 4 ateliers (env. 100–120 min par Atelier ) qui se dérouleront chaque jour, en matinée et/ou en après-midi.

LOGEMENT

La ferme qui nous accueille propose une série de logement en chambres partagées sur place, afin de profiter totalement de la semaine ide la manière immersive, et du cadre magnifique de Vévywéron.

à noter qu’il n’y a pas de chambre individuelle !!!

Pour les personnes qui le souhaitent, une formule campement est possible aussi et permet – au même titre que les résidents en chambre – l’accès aux sanitaires du bâtiment.

Prix en Chambre : 110€/semaine

Prix en Camping : 60€/semaine

REPAS

Nous proposons comme chaque année de prendre ou non les repas préparés sur place.

Soit le midi, soit le soir, soit les deux.

Ces repas sont préparés avec soin, élégance, et avec des produits de qualité, sur base d’un régime végétarien équilibré.

Prix des repas de midi pour la semaine : 90€

Prix des repas du soir pour la semaine : 75€

Prix des repas du midi et soir pour la semaine : 165€ 

IMPORTANT !!!

Cette année, le petit-déjeuner n’est pas inclu dans le logement, mais il y a une cuisine commune que vous pouvez utiliser le matin pour préparer nos repas, comme chacun l’apprécie pour lui-même.

This year, we offer combinations of workshops, according to different formulas and different rates

=> In addition to these choices of workshops, we have planned for you 3 “special” appointments, with discovery workshops around dance and / or singing; guided by two external stakeholders.

This workshop will be an opportunity to immerse ourselves in the different styles of folk music and living traditions from Cuba.

Songs Yoruba, Arará, Iyesá, Congo, Rumba, Son, and still others…

A vocal, rhythmic and immersive approach for all levels.

• PULSE-drum – Tania Bosak (AUS) •
• A somatic approach to learning drums and percussion.

PULSEdrum is a rhythm class that integrates drumming, stepping and singing simultaneously. Original compositions based on polyrhythmic forms and odd time cycles form the foundation of these rich and playful instrumental sessions which also focus on building rhythmic independence, improvisational skills and rhythmic confidence. All drums and percussion instruments will be provided for these sessions.

• BATÀS drums with Gwenaël Francotte (BE) •

In an immersive and melodic approach, we will cross the immense richness of the polyrhythm of batàs drums,

Heady discovering or flexible deepening of the practice of Iyá, Itótele and okonkolo – the 3 elements of drums.

Musicality, listening, pulsation, complementarity, work of independence, and the relationship between the drum and the songs

• TaKeTiNa® Rhythm Process – Tania Bosak (AUS) •Mindfulness in Motion.

TaKeTiNa is a rhythm and meditation practice where the body becomes the instrument through clapping, stepping and guided rhythm journeys. The process invites states of timelessness and deep rhythmic flow, creating an exhilarating inner silence as well as a wellspring of creativity.

TaKeTiNa as founded by Reinhard Flatischler 

The process allows you to:

• Practice presence and inner stillness
• To work creatively and effectively with chaotic phases
• Improve your artistic practice by reducing your anxiety about making ‘mistakes’
• Open states of effortlessness
• Open and express your unique creativity

You can register for the whole week for 2, 3, or 4 workshops (approx. 100–120 min per Workshop) that will take place each day, in the morning and/or in the afternoon.

HOUSING

The farm that welcomes us offers a series of accommodations in shared rooms on site, in order to fully enjoy the week in an immersive way, and the beautiful setting of Vévywéron.

Please note that there is no single room !!!

For those who wish, a camp formula is also possible and allows – in the same way as residents in rooms – access to the building’s sanitary facilities.

Room price: 110€/week

There is the option of booking lunch, and/or evening meals.

These meals are prepared with care, elegance, and with quality products, based on a balanced vegetarian diet.
