Postponed TaKeTiNa® FOCUSED workshops – Musicians, Performers, Therapists and Body workers

A series of tasters for the first time with Master TaKeTiNa teacher Tania Bosak over two days in April 2020.

TaKeTiNa is mostly offered in a 2-day, 3-day or up to 5-day intensive format in open group settings. This will be the first time where tasters are offered over one weekend with a specific focus for practitioners working across various fields.

Whether it is for professional development or a deep curiosity of non-dualistic movement and meditation practices, you are invited to explore the TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process in this world-first series of ‘focused tasters’ in Amsterdam.

In this unique setting, Tania will bring together her knowledge, and training in theatre, music, movement/dance, and therapeutic practices, and into a context that explores ‘how’ the TaKeTiNa process can be applied to various fields.

Saturday 18th April 

Session 1. 10.30 am-1 pm Therapists, somatic bodyworkers, healing arts practitioners helping professions 

Session 2. 2 pm-4.30 pm Musicians, Actors, Dancers, Body Workers, Poets, and visual artists 

Sunday 19th April 

Session 3. 10.30 am-1 pm Meditation, Music and the Brain

Session 4. 2 pm-4.30 pm Open workshop for all disciplines and interests.

Participants with prior booking are welcome to attend one or all-unique sessions regardless of background or profession.

The cost of all sessions is “pay as you feel” per session.

Bookings are necessary as spaces for each session will be limited.
